A name or location entered in a search box is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. Cumberland County Busted Mugshots does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules apply to the query after submission.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use an available contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to respond. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Technical Visit Information
Ordinary server logs and analytics may automatically record:
- Your Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages opened and time spent on them
- The referring website, when supplied
- Date and time stamps

A request about a sheriff, court, jail, or corrections record must go to that government custodian under the Kentucky Open Records Act, including KRS 61.872. This site does not control those official records.
